Three steps to a plan that actually makes sense

01
Tell Hippo about yourself
Fill out the basics about your conditions, symptoms, food preferences and cycle. Then tell Hippo anything else that matters. The more you share, the better Hippo understands you.
02
Get a plan built for you
Hippo builds your weekly meal plan and tracks everything that matters. Your cycle, sleep, mood, symptoms, supplements, hydration and activity. Every recommendation is rooted in what you have actually logged.
03
Start feeling the difference
Over time Hippo connects the dots across everything you log and helps you understand why you feel the way you feel. The 3pm crash, the bloating, the low energy week. It all starts making sense.

Luteal phase this week. That bloating you're feeling is hormonal, not food-related. Genuinely not your fault.
Cycle · Day 22 Luteal phase
why do i always crash at 3pm and crave sugar
H
Your last three lunches were low protein and your sleep has been under 6 hours. That's a cortisol and blood sugar drop combo, really common with PCOS. Want me to swap today's lunch for something that will actually hold you?

You are not failing your body. Your body is just trying to tell you something, and we are going to listen to it together. Let's sort lunch first.

You know something
is off. You just can't
figure out what to do about it.

You've googled your symptoms. You've read the studies. You know about seed cycling, inositol, and the luteal phase. But knowing all of that doesn't tell you what to eat for dinner tonight when you're bloated, exhausted, and just want something that won't make it worse.

"I know I should eat better for my hormones. I just don't know how."
You understand the theory. But between your cycle, your cravings, your schedule, and the seventeen conflicting things you read this week, it never comes together into a real plan. For your life. For today.
The guilt is exhausting
You log, you track, you try. Then one bad day and you feel like you're starting from scratch. Hippo looks at your whole picture, your phase, your sleep, how you're feeling, and just tells you what will help. No judgment. No starting over.
Your symptoms are connected. Nobody has shown you how.
Bloating after dinner. Low energy at 3pm. Cravings the week before your period. These aren't random, they're patterns. And once you can see them, you can actually do something about them.

Mealistik doesn't do guilt. Hippo knows your cycle, your meals, your sleep, and how you're feeling, and connects all of it into something that actually makes sense for your life.

Everything you want
to know about Hippo

No jargon. Just honest answers.

Who is Mealistik built for?
Mealistik is built for any woman managing a hormonal or chronic condition. That includes PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, PMS, and general hormonal imbalances. If your hormones affect how you feel day to day, Hippo is for you.
Does Hippo replace my doctor or dietitian?
No, and it never will. Hippo is your daily companion, not a clinician. It helps you understand your patterns, eat in a way that supports your hormones, and prepare for appointments with real data. Your GP and specialists are still your medical team.
Will Hippo tell me to restrict food or count calories?
Never. Mealistik does not do calorie counting, restriction, or diet culture. Hippo recommends meals based on your cycle phase, symptoms, and preferences. The goal is to add foods that support you, not take things away.
How does Hippo personalise my meal plan?
When you first open Mealistik, Hippo walks you through a personalised onboarding covering your conditions, symptoms, dietary preferences, food dislikes, cooking time, meals per day, supplements, and your cycle. Your meal plan is built from all of that, and it updates as Hippo learns more about you.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. You own your health data. We use it only to power your personalised experience inside Mealistik.
When is Mealistik launching?
